Overview

March 2021 Memorandum of Understanding

Chatham and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Management of Shellfish Resources in Nantucket Sound.

Completion of Work

While the work of the Task Force (TF) has been completed and the TF suspended, a Board of Selectmen sub-committee (Selectmen Jeffrey Dykens and Shareen Davis) are currently managing ongoing town efforts at resolving the western boundary dispute with FWS.
