Motor Vehicle Excise Bills or Boat Excise Bills needs to be handled by the Registry of Motor Vehicle or the Massachusetts Environmental Police.

The Assessing Office policy regarding address changes for Motor Vehicle Excise Bills (mailing/garaging) or Boat Excise Bills (mailing or mooring/storage location) needs to be handled by the Registry of Motor Vehicle or the Massachusetts Environmental Police. The Taxpayer will need to contact those agencies to make the necessary changes.
