The Select Board will hold the following public hearings during their regularly scheduled meetings on Tuesdays, beginning at 5:00 p.m., in the large meeting room at the Town Office Annex, 261 George Ryder Road.

December 9

To consider a petition from NSTAR Electric d/b/a Eversource Energy to install 47 feet plus or minus of 1 to 4 inches conduit and one new handhole 23/HA10 on Bridge Street necessary to provide new underground service to the customer located at 322 Bridge St., Chatham.

December 16

To consider an application for New Annual Entertainment License; Branches Grill & Café, 155 Crowell Road.

To hold an Appeal Hearing of Historic Business District Commission Decision on Application 25-084 by Chatham Productions LLC Relative to the Demolition of Certain Buildings at 776 Main St. (Monomoy Theater property).

December 23

To consider the taking, pursuant to G.L. c. 79, of: permanent easements on private roads for the installation and maintenance of sewer mains and, as necessary, of remedial takings of previous easements, all regarding water and drainage for Sewer Phase 1F-1 which involves private roadways (Lorenzo Buck Way, Joshua’s Way, Rumson Lane, Harold Lane, Stephen Drive, Victoria Drive, Nellie’s Way, Woodpecker Valley Road, Beacon Hill, Songbird Lane, Crosby Way, Aunt Zilpa’s Road Ext., Evergreen Lane, Island View Lane, Jedidiah Way, and Shady Acre Drive).
