General Pilot Information: 

Welcome to Chatham Municipal Airport (CQX). CQX is a single runway (6-24), non-towered airport open 24/7/365, and as such we encourage all local and visiting pilots to follow our Fly Friendly Program. As the Town of Chatham is generally a noise-sensitive area, these noise abatement procedures have been put in place to minimize the effect of aircraft noise over town neighborhoods. While this program is voluntary, we would appreciate your utilizing these procedures.

Please familiarize yourself with the map links for the standard landing patterns, and the various approach and departure routes. There are currently two active instrument approaches to CQX – a NDB-A Circling approach, and an RNAV (GPS)-B approach.
